We love seeing your pets and when it comes time for us to see them for a procedure, we love making sure everything goes smoothly for you and your pet. We know it can sometimes be stressful when your little mate goes in for a procedure, we know you’ll miss them and undoubtedly worry about them. We understand that paperwork can be tiresome and seems like just a legality, however not only does is it allow us to actually treat your pet, it provides us with vital information pertinent to your pet’s procedure. Our nurses are here to make the admission process as stress free and streamline as possible, any questions they pose are necessary and your answers are needed. To help us in this endeavour when your pet is scheduled for a procedure please allow at least 5-10 minutes for the admission process. The last thing we want to do is add to any stress you may feel, but gathering all the necessary information at this point means we can focus on treating and caring for your pet promptly, as opposed to chasing you up for answers later and delaying start times.
While you can always rest assure that we will care for your pets like they are our own, it is just as important to us that you are as comfortable and calm as your pet’s while staying at the clinic. This means we are always happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have, admission is certainly a good time to discuss these with us. We will always call you once your pet is in recovery following their procedure, however we understand you may like to check on them throughout the day. We are more than happy to provide updates throughout the day should you wish to call at your convenience.
Not only is it our job to care for both you and your pets and provide expert treatment, it is our passion. So just a moment of your time at admission can help us make the whole experience stress free for both you and your pet.
