Pet Prescriptions

For repeat prescriptions, your pet must be examined regularly by one of our vets – we do this to meet both legal requirements and ensure the best care for your pet. Blood tests may also be required for complex conditions and/or the long-term use of some medications.

Our Prescription Policy

Provided your pet isn’t due for an examination or blood test, and there are no concerns or changes to their condition, we can prepare most prescriptions for pickup within 24-48 hours. Special orders and compounded medications may take longer to prepare – we will provide you with an estimated waiting period when we confirm your request. Requesting more medication for your pet is as easy as calling us on 5975 3811 or filling in the form below. Once your request has been received, our team of vets will review your pet’s history and dispense your pet’s medication - we will notify you once it is ready to collect.
